Why did you join the Eco Movement?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I joined because of my background in engineering and interest in cutting-edge technology.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Previously, I worked in sales for a water server company, a completely different industry. However, I have a background in engineering, so I was interested in the services Eco Movement offers and felt that I could leverage my expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the interview process, I spoke with President Ogawa and Systems Manager Sekiguchi. They took the time to understand me, and I was impressed by the company\u2019s size, with around 100 employees, which allowed for close interactions with the management team. The impression that the company values its employees convinced me to join.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since joining, my initial positive impression has been reaffirmed, and I continue to believe that this is a company that truly values its people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please tell us about the work you currently do.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I handle the staffing and setup of new project lines and work on improving operational challenges in various departments.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When I first joined the company, I was assigned to the sales department, where I focused on proposing BPO solutions for small wireless devices called guide receivers. After working on a client\u2019s center relocation project, I transitioned to the Business Planning Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The responsibilities in the Business Planning Office are diverse. My primary role is to establish internal structures, including staffing, when new projects are acquired or when business expansion is required. Additionally, I support various departments in addressing issues related to operations, processes, and efficiency improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Given that my role often involves working across different departments, strong coordination skills are essential.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I find growth and fulfillment in collaboratively solving on-site issues.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The work in business planning doesn\u2019t follow a clear flow, so addressing each challenge requires considering on-site opinions and the cost of implementation. When establishing new operational structures, it\u2019s crucial to solidify these processes and hand them over to the relevant departments. Therefore, working closely with on-site teams to execute tasks is essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) often involves managing costs effectively, which can sometimes be challenging within the company. However, overcoming these challenges with my colleagues is where I find great satisfaction and a sense of achievement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are your future dreams and goals you wish to achieve?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I want to expand the circles that connect people within the company.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

There is a senior colleague from the sales department whom I respect greatly. This person can make proposals and adjustments not only with clients and on-site teams but also with the management team, all from the same perspective. He is someone I aspire to emulate. Additionally, our management team has extensive knowledge of the circular economy and global trends, and I feel there is still much for me to learn from them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About two years ago, I took the initiative to establish an official internal group called the \u201ciPhone Circle,\u201d which now has seven members. I believe it is important for employees to cooperate across departmental boundaries. My goal is to expand this circle and create more opportunities for easy communication and interaction among employees, fostering a collaborative environment within the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
