5、Procedure for requesting disclosure of personal information

When a person from whom we have obtained personal information or his/her representative requests us to notify the purpose of use, disclose, correct, add, delete, stop use, erase, or stop providing to a third party, or disclose records of provision to a third party (“Disclosure, etc.”), we will promptly respond to the request in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

A handling fee will be charged for requests for notification of purpose of use or disclosure.
Please enclose the following amount of postage stamps when you mail us the required documents.

No fee is required for other requests (correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, elimination, and suspension of provision to third parties).

Response to Requests for Disclosure, etc.

  • We will send the information by the method requested by the person in question (or his/her representative in the case of a request by a proxy).

Cases in which a request for disclosure, etc. cannot be complied with

We will not be able to respond to requests for disclosure, etc., if any of the following 1 through 6 apply.
If we are unable to respond to your request, we will notify you to that effect with the reason.
Please note that we will not be able to return the fee.

Personal information obtained in connection with a request for disclosure, etc. shall be handled only to the extent necessary for the request for disclosure, etc.

6、Measures taken for the safe management of personal information

In order to handle personal information in the strictest possible manner, we have established a personal information protection policy in accordance with JIS Q 15001, as well as personal information protection rules and regulations, and are operating a personal information protection management system. In addition, we have implemented safety control measures for the actual handling of personal information from four perspectives: organizational, human, physical, and technical.
