Equipped with AI-powered grading and a high-performance camera detection system, our system not only performs highly accurate “data erasure,” “appearance inspection,” and “functionality testing” for used smartphones but also offers various customizations based on customer requirements.
Data Erasure
Similar to manual processes by human, after devices placed on trays are loaded into C-DreAm, using image recognition from cameras attached to the robots, the system recognizes the distance to the devices on the trays, then identifies the size and shape of each device as they are individually picked up, enabling the mixed production of iPhones and Androids. The system also automatically recognizes the shape of the smartphone connectors, ensuring compatibility with future changes in connector designs. For data erasure, we use Blancco software, which meets the highest erasure standards in the United States, and support Factory Reset through Apple Configurator.

・Simultaneous Processing: Capable of erasing data from 12 devices simultaneously, achieving a rate of approximately one device every 90 seconds.
・Image Recognition: Utilizes image recognition to identify device shapes, ensuring compatibility with the latest smartphone models.
・Damage-Free Handling: Prevents damage to other devices and can automatically apply protective film to the back of smartphones.

Functionality Testing
Devices with a dedicated testing application installed are placed into the testing equipment, where the application communicates with the device to perform tests. Our standards involve automatically executing 25 different tests. The system can replicate delicate finger movements like scrolling and tapping on the screen, which were previously only possible through manual human labor. This allows for testing procedures that vary between software versions. Additionally, testing parameters can be customized for each client, accommodating increases or decreases in testing items per model.
Robots automatically perform operational tests for components like microphones and cameras.

Appearance Inspection
Our high-performance cameras can detect not only large, visible scratches but also fine scratches that are hard to see even for experienced inspectors, as well as scratches beneath the LCD. The system inspects not just the front and back surfaces but also the edges, ensuring consistent quality by eliminating variations in inspection results.
Fine exterior scratches are captured clearly with high-performance cameras and special lighting.
